1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Vital Relocation. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the services we provide and outline the responsibilities of both parties.
2. Services Provided
Vital Relocation offers relocation assistance which may include, but are not exclusive to, city orientation tours, school search assistance, and spousal support. We may also coordinate with third-party providers for additional services.
3. Payment Terms
Our payment terms require pre-payment at the point of order (unless otherwise agreed with Vital Relocation). Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods, in advance of service provision. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Payment will appear as ‘VITALCERTS’ on your statement.
4. Client Obligations
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the selected service meets their specific needs. Vital Relocation does not provide legal advice related to immigration, visas, or any matters beyond the scope of the services listed above (2. Services Provided).
5. Third-Party Services and Limitations of Liability
Vital Relocation may coordinate bookings with third-party providers. While we facilitate these arrangements, we are not responsible for the provision or quality of these third-party services. Any issues or disputes relating to third-party services must be addressed with the provider directly and are subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions. Despite thoroughly vetting all of our third-party providers, we cannot be held responsible for the services provided by them. We disclaim liability for actions, delays, or omissions of third-party service providers.
Vital Relocation will accept no responsibility for the thoughts, decisions and conclusions a client makes about a country and its culture, or its suitability for them, following the received service.
6. Cancellation Rights
If you are a Consumer within the UK, you have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days of your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, once services have commenced, you may be liable for any costs associated with services provided prior to cancellation. Notification of cancellation must be provided in writing.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Vital Relocation disclaims liability for any delays, disruptions, or issues beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in local regulations, actions of third-party providers, natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, governmental actions, or any other unforeseeable events commonly recognized as force majeure. We are not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, or other disruptions that may affect the relocation process. In the event of such force majeure occurrences, Vital Relocation shall not be held liable for any resulting inconvenience, expense, or loss.
8. Claims Period
Any claims related to our services must be made within one month of the service completion date. After this period, we will not be liable for any claims related to the service provided.
9. Privacy and Data Collection
Vital Relocation collects personal information necessary to provide our services. This information is used solely for service provision, except where clients opt-in to receive additional communications. We comply with all applicable data protection regulations regarding the storage and handling of personal information.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the UK.
